Focus Weeks give parents the opportunity to see their child’s play and work in more detail.
Each child will have a Focus Week once per term. Focus weeks are important as they allow teachers to share lots of observations of your child via Tapestry. Parents are encouraged to respond to the observations and provide input, sharing what your child can do at home too. Each child will be given a Next Step Target to learn at school and at home and once achieved, this will be celebrated.
At the end of the School year you will be given a print out of your child’s Learning Journey and the photos that have been collated over the year.
