Jewellery Club

We meet in class 8 on Monday between 3.30-4.30pm. We charge £1 for each item made.

Jewellery Club is run by Miss Jackson and Mrs Tissington and is open to both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. We also run sessions aimed towards boys too. All pupils who apply for this club are placed onto a waiting list and all children will be given a place during the school year.

While at this club you will have the opportunity to make your own quality jewellery items, ranging from bracelets, necklaces, bookmarks, mini jewellery boxes, rings, keyrings etc. You will learn how to use the various jewellery making tools independently, also learning many different jewellery making techniques to make your own items.

Parents of the children that have attended the club have said "My daughter has enjoyed being taught how to make jewellery and has loved being allowed to use the tools on her own and choose her own designs"

Children who have attended this club have said "I now make my own jewellery at home and I have been given jewellery making kits for my birthday" "I enjoyed making the earrings because I thought they were beautiful"
